- KHKatrina N. Hedrick1 day ago2.0I was put here after a flight got delayed from American. When I got there, somehow the reservation was cancelled. I appreciate the staff, and think it’s the airlines fault. More importantly, the bathtub is super slick and I slipped and fell hard in the shower. Hand rails were too far away to catch myself. They definitely need to install non slip mat in the tub.

I thought that with the name “Hilton”, you’d get bare necessities such as a bar of soap and toothpaste in your room. The shower gel and body lotion were also empty. Bare minimum offered. Walls are paper thin… I can hear conversations from both sides of my room. The positives would be the clean bed, free shuttle every half an hour and free breakfast.
