- SCsabrina clementsOct 26, 20253.0My partner and i stayed for about a week visiting friends and family and had an okay stay. we had a rough time after landing due to my partners grandma going to the hospital and just wanted to check into our hotel room and figure everything out however the older gentleman working there was incredibly rude for no reason, told us he’d call when the room was ready but never did. when we showed back up asking about the room he kept up the same attitude which we didn’t appreciate given the situation. next housekeeping didn’t really show up during our 5 night stay which was a little frustrating and the phone in our room didn’t work so we couldn’t call to ask. would have went to the front desk but when we asked for more towels the girl at the desk seemed annoyed so i didn’t even bother. also not sure why but the doors have a decent gap so noise from the hallway/rooms travels easily which was a little annoying. main highlight was the free breakfast/ the kind women who kept up with the breakfast, she was always very friendly and helpful. overall a bit disappointed considering how much we paid, with the lack of room service or just general customer service i could’ve just gotten a nice air b&b for less.
