- RLRick Lupert6 days ago4.0I had a great experience at this Embassy Suites for one night. It was nicely situated in an area close to where I needed to be and relatively not far from O'Hare. The hotel is large with ample and free parking. The staff who checked me in were very nice (including the trainee) who was very friendly and confident. The room itself, although not a boutique hotel, was updated and modern enough to not feel like a generic motel. It was clean and spacious (and 2 rooms as it's an all suite hotel so there was plenty of space.) I loved that the fitness room was open 24/7 so I could get my steps in even if I got back late. I had a little bit at the included breakfast buffet (which was popping at 8 in the morning on a Saturday.) There were plenty of basic options and the coffee was serviceable. I'd definitely stay here again if I was coming back to this part of the greater Chicago area.

- EAEric AkslenNov 8, 20255.0I stayed here one night as it was in close proximity for a business meeting. Overall it was excellent. The suite-style room was plenty for one person. The evening manager reception was a nice touch with free drinks each evening. And the breakfast - WOW! Made-to-order omelets in addition to all other traditional continental breakfasts. The hotel manager, I assume, even walked around to greet and speak with guests as I was eating. There are a couple minor observations that did not affect my stay. The shower head felt low (I'm 6' tall and it was at eye-level), so had to squat down a bit but easy enough to accommodate. I also thought the fitness center was too small for the size of the hotel. The weight selection was great, but thought they could have used a couple more treadmills. There could also have been more technology ports, like USB or USB-C, throughout the room, although I was able to manage. These three items did not negatively affect my stay or experience. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area.
