My Wife and I come here every couple of years to spend our anniversary. I love how friendly the staff is and the rooms are very spacious too. My favorite part is the made to order breakfast they never disappoint with omelet of your choice, toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, potatoes, orange juice, apple juice, coffee and fruit. If you're looking for a nice hotel look no further trust me I've been coming here for years!!!

We were disappointed with our recent stay at Embassy Suites from December 23 to December 27. The original room’s AC unit was not set up correctly, and because no engineer was available, we had to move to another room in the middle of the night, which was very inconvenient. In the new room, housekeeping did not service our room on two of the four days, and despite informing the front desk after the first occurrence, the issue happened again. Given these issues, we were expecting better support from management team in proactively addressing the concerns

Great visit other than we wanted to use the pool & hot tub during “adults only” swim time posted on the pool door from 10-11. However at that time there were a half dozen kids in the pool area (lightly supervised at best). So I recommended that policy be better monitored and if an issue, allow adult access until midnight. Because some adults would like a little quiet time

We highly recommend this place. The staff is consistently kind, attentive, and professional, and it truly shows in the overall experience. The manager’s presence on site adds a wonderful level of care and organization.
The breakfast omelets were excellent, and we are especially grateful to the amazing team who made our mornings so enjoyable: Nathan, Isabel, Irman, Ana, Nicolas, Estrella, and Jonathan.
Thank you all for your outstanding service and for making our stay in Deerfield such a memorable and positive experience.

Checked in Dec 4th. Stayed here for a hockey tournament. Our first night we decided to eat in the atrium it was horrible as we ate a very large cockroach came out of the plants there was a group of us sitting there. Another mom got up to take a photo for the front desk to discover the plant was full of cockroaches! We told the front desk and they said yup we know we sprayed yesterday....they are in all of the plants on the main level where all the food it prepared and served..to top it off we left a day early due to the conditions I was given a receipt showing I was not to be charged the full stay however I was still charged for the night I didn't stay and now I am playing phone tag trying to get my money back. Sadly we were charged over $250 a night because this was a tournament stay and I was forced to stay among the bugs for two nights but my third night was not mandatory and I checked out at the designated time they assured me I would not be charged the third night. I emailed the corporate company that owns this location with no response.
