We have been on the road and this was the least expensive place we have stayed the whole trip, but it compared well to all our other stops. The bed was comfortable, the climate control worked well, the bathroom was roomy and had a decent shower. The hotel breakfast was adequate. The woman at the desk patiently worked with the young lady in front of us (who we don't know) to accommodate her when she had a list of problems regarding this and other reservations.

Could use some renovations. Old style bathtub in restroom, old carpet, the old style furnace still in the room. The beds slept pretty good. Pillows were flemsy. They do serve breakfast in the morning. It's several options hot and cold. Plenty of parking. Room sockets are kinda lose. Need to be tightened. Customer service was friendly. They will place a $100 hold on your card for incidentals. Location is not near many restaurants you will need to drive a bit to the main road.

Quiet hotel for a one night stay. Easy access from I-55 and I-255 with a well lit parking lot. The hotel appears to have received a recent refresh. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

I booked this hotel because my husband and I needed a place to sleep on a road trip. The hotel website states the hotel is under renovations from April 2025 - September 2025. I booked on sept 29th 2025 and the lobby is an absolute mess. The elevator sounds like it will fall at any moment, there’s a really bad moldy smell throughout the building. We were booked on the 3rd floor and immediately we noticed the ice machine was completely dated and dirty. When going into the room, we were shocked to find the floor soft in several areas of the room. Most noticeably the bathroom. When stepping on it, we were afraid it might give away. The shower door was coming off the track and the silicone on the glass was halfway off and the shower pan/floor itself was badly stained. The baseboards were coming away from the wall and the mattress cover had small stains. The hotel is still extremely dated even with the “renovations” supposedly almost done. There were building materials exposed in the lobby area and could be a safety hazard as was the floor in the room. When going to the front desk to check out and complain, I was told I would still be charged and after some back and forth with Louise who claims she was the manager, even though the managers name was on the wall, started to argue with me about the condition of the room until I showed her the photos I had just taken. We had been at the hotel less than an hour. I was not offered a different room but I wouldn’t have stayed anyway. This hotel does not need minor renovations, it needs a complete overhaul. Don’t waste your time or money. I was only able to get refund by calling customer care for the Hilton brand. This hotel has not been cared for and the staff was less than welcoming.
