Rooms are nice and clean, but need a little updating(bathtub chipped and couch a little tired looking). The staff are over the top extremely friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Shelby. Porters steakhouse was very good.

Went here for business trip. Loved the service. Housecleaning was amazing people. Very friendly. The lobby area was nice as well. Rooms were very outdated. The ac didnt work at all. It made the room very humid. Had to go buy a fan to help. Breakfast buffet was alright. Had lots of options but if not added to your stay its very expensive. Loved the bar in the evening. And the bar food was so good. Recommend the nachos.

The staff were friendly, but that’s where the positives end. Our room was barely cleaned. There was mildew in the bathroom, makeup smudges on the walls, and visible splatters of something that could have easily been wiped away with a rag and some bleach. It gave the impression that housekeeping either rushed or didn’t care.
To top it off, at breakfast the next morning a pipe burst in the kitchen ceiling. Instead of shutting off the water or moving guests, they seated us right next to it. While it created the bizarre ambiance of a tropical rainforest, it was unbelievable that no one bothered to locate a shut-off valve or address the situation during the entire 20 minutes we were there.
This stay was disappointing, unsanitary, and poorly managed. Friendly staff can’t make up for dirty rooms and obvious maintenance failures. I would not stay here again.

They go above and beyond to help their guests. I went in with an injured knee and was having a hard time walking. Michael made sure I got a room on the bottom floor with handicap accessories, which was a life saver. They also text their guests to make sure they don't need anything while they are there.

I went to this hotel March of 2024 and 2025, for a Women's Retreat. The service is always great. Love the breakfast buffet and the hotel amenities. During one of the retreats, there was a tornado or something close to one. The lights flashed for a moment. The hotel staff was great at moving us to another room, to continue the conference.
