However there is no room service, there was black mold and water damage from the bathroom. There was a strange odor in the halls and rooms and the carpets were disgusting. Very outdated tv’s. Also the thermostat in the rooms don’t work.

The hotel is fantastic and the staff and amenities are wonderful. The hotel is classic in its grand design of a previous era. The lobby had a very cozy feel to it.
