Some noise from the street but that is to be expected. Convenient and adjacent to stores and shops nearby as well as the subway. I wanted to recognize Alekxa in particular at the front desk working the overnight shift. We arrived at the property extremely late but she took care of us and was professional, friendly, and courteous. She gave an outstanding first impression to what ended up being a terrific stay overall.

- AAAndrewJan 1, 20262.0I want to start by saying the staff here and very kind, and professional. They told me they are renovating, and possibly when that is done it will be better. The rooms seem more like a motel than boutique hotel. Old appliances, room smelled like smoke, old almost 60’s style furniture, moldy shower, dirty floors, hair in bathroom- extremely thin walls- Dogs barking etc… Odd that Hilton would put their name on this hotel. I will say the location is great, neighborhood is very cute, close to restaurants and coffee shops however I wouldn’t return.

- TTTerrie Marie ThompsonDec 18, 20251.0The front desk Adrian with an accent I just got off the phone with him all I asked him was do we have any charges incurred in our room I want to make sure I'm getting my deposit back, and he kept saying it'll be 3 to 5 business days I said well can you just make sure that my balance is what it is he said well if you be quiet and listen to me and answer the questions I'm asking you. That was so rude so disrespectful we were displaced from our home because we had no heat and hot water
