Check in took less than 5 minutes and service was delivered with a smile. Our room was clean and the perfect temperature upon arrival which really took it the extra mile for me. Beds were nice, pillows were lovely, and everything was spotless. Now the real reason I decided to even write a review and give this place 5 stars? A wonderful lady named, Annette. She took this place from feeling like a nice place to stay, to somewhere where I could truly feel at home. She was working the breakfast buffet (which is AWESOME might I add) and her kindness will never be forgotten. Ensuring we had a smooth dining experience and asking us how our morning was. Making sure the breakfast area was not only tidy but spotless. Coming to our table and asking if there was anything she could clean up for us. She was an absolutely sweetheart and you could tell she genuinely cared about her job. I’m a firm believer that every job is important and to see the way people come through hotels and don’t clean up after themselves is crazy. Annette was happy to help us. She was happy to chat and ask us about our time in Chicago. She made the experience delightful and started off our morning on a wonderful note. Annette, we cannot thank you enough for your kindness and excellent service. We see you, and we APPRECIATE you. YOU made our trip. ❤️ This is the kind of place you want to stay at! 😊

Hugh selection great quality variations throughout the days. Very clean hotel room. All the staff are very helpful, polite and happy to be at work. First time traveling anywhere without my family or alone for that matter. I feel very safe here and at home. Sad to be leaving in a few days, but would recommend this hotel to anyone. Additionally, you’re in the middle of downtown walking distance or a scooter ride away from everything you would ever want to see in Chicago
