What a wonderful, beautiful, spacious hotel! Staff was so kind but super efficient at check in. Our flight got us in decently early, and they allowed us to check in at 10am! Check in took less than 5 minutes and service was delivered with a smile. Our room was clean and the perfect temperature upon arrival which really took it the extra mile for me. Beds were nice, pillows were lovely, and everything was spotless. Now the real reason I decided to even write a review and give this place 5 stars? A wonderful lady named, Annette. She took this place from feeling like a nice place to stay, to somewhere where I could truly feel at home. She was working the breakfast buffet (which is AWESOME might I add) and her kindness will never be forgotten. Ensuring we had a smooth dining experience and asking us how our morning was. Making sure the breakfast area was not only tidy but spotless. Coming to our table and asking if there was anything she could clean up for us. She was an absolutely sweetheart and you could tell she genuinely cared about her job. I’m a firm believer that every job is important and to see the way people come through hotels and don’t clean up after themselves is crazy. Annette was happy to help us. She was happy to chat and ask us about our time in Chicago. She made the experience delightful and started off our morning on a wonderful note. Annette, we cannot thank you enough for your kindness and excellent service. We see you, and we APPRECIATE you. YOU made our trip. ❤️ This is the kind of place you want to stay at! 😊

Stayed here for three weeks for a business trip. Probably the best complementary breakfast I’ve ever had in my entire life. Hugh selection great quality variations throughout the days. Very clean hotel room. All the staff are very helpful, polite and happy to be at work. First time traveling anywhere without my family or alone for that matter. I feel very safe here and at home. Sad to be leaving in a few days, but would recommend this hotel to anyone. Additionally, you’re in the middle of downtown walking distance or a scooter ride away from everything you would ever want to see in Chicago

Let me start by saying the hotel itself is nice, big clean rooms. Welcoming all around. The reason I have a problem with this hotel is the “Fulton tap” which is actually a great idea and I would have spent hundreds of dollars at this bar/tap room. The key card that is needed to pour a beer has so many problems. If you drink your beer to fast then the system thinks you’re pouring for others. (Which why would that matter if I paid to preload the card) I had to go back to the front desk 5 separate times to have them (reactivate) my card. After all that and preloading my card with $150, (WHICH IS NON REFUNDABLE BTW) I’m an avid beer drinker. I found all kinds of floaties in my beers. Multiple different cups and different beers. (See pictures) The other huge problem with the Fulton tap is it counts by oz’s poured. Probably 3-5 of my drinks came out spitting and splashing filling the entire cup full of foam, it still charges like you got a full glass. So you’re SOL for those drinks. I called to complain to the front desk in hopes that they would do something about it because I wanted to still use my money and enjoy my drinks. The person at the desk told me they would get in touch with the manager and get back to me. 3 days went by with nothing but silence from the hotel. Would you go back and get more beer? So not only am I out my $150 but I also now have no drinks. After spending $4,000 on the room. $600 on incidentals and $150 on beer. I’m extremely disappointed.
