A LOt better than Hilton at magnificent mile.. Everything is great about this place. Staff is nice just didn’t give us the right information about breakfast timings.. elevator is quick! The staff at the breakfast was rude though! Too much attitude.
But because of cleanliness and great location we would definitely recommend!

This hotel will let every homeless person on the street inside which I’m fine with if they are in need. But the homeless are aware that the staff will let them inside and then not be watched. It happened twice today. Once in the morning on Nov 11th around 7am I witnessed one ask for a drink, goes to coffee bar, cuts me off and moves me out of the way, makes half a cup of coffee and goes next to my computer and phone to where I cut him off. By this point front desk has their back turned so he goes back to make coffee and then tries to steal the coffee creamer by putting it in his jacket so I then spoke up and he was asked to leave. This evening, same thing, just strange people lurking around the lobby. It felt very disrespectful to guests. I’m all for helping those in need, however, this stay, I felt invaded and very unsafe especially after they allowed a non guest into the hotel and did not keep him attended. Maybe they could take him one in the waiting area by front doors or ask him what he needs and get it instead of letting him make me feel very uncomfortable first thing in the morning. Just PSA for anyone staying here.

Suite kitchens are poorly stocked with plates and utensils, making the suite less useful if you planned on using the kitchen. Only two chairs on the kitchen and they won't provide a third (we had three people on our booking). Things were otherwise okay. Location is great for museum and aquarium.

The location is nice and near a lot of nice areas downtown. I’m also a fan of the kitchen inside the rooms. Despite this service here is terrible and our stay was unfavorable.
First when we checked in we were told by the lady at the first desk that with our hilton honors discount we got a $15 credit at the bar. Upon confirming this during the second day of our stay, we were told by different staff that we did not have the $15 credit. My fiancée tried solving this matter with the front desk but they were giving him a hard time and was adamant on not refunding us, despite it being their staff that causes the mistake. Additionally, they state housekeeping cleans every other day. However on the days housekeeping is supposed to clean, it is a hassle just to get them in the room as they never come when they say do. Lastly their system made multiple chargers on my credit card, totaling over $300. When I called the front desk to speak to them about this error, they stated they gave me a refund for the incidentals and that they only charged me once for $150. However upon speaking to my bank, they confirmed that Hilton did indeed charge me multiple times totaling over $300. Since they were adamant about not refunding me the rest of my money, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my bank. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where their system not only malfunctioned this much, but the employees seem to not want to take accountability either. I regret staying here
