    I think Home2 Suites is generally a great value as a chain, you get a lot for the price. In fairness, I have stayed in locations in smaller markets that have exponentially more space in the rooms, but for a more compact major city there's still plenty of space to stretch out. The staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful, they gave us directions to train stations and recommendations. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is close enough to anywhere you want to go. I have stayed at boutique type hotels in Chicago to try new things and, while I wouldn't discourage the adventurism of that, sometimes for a spur of the moment trip a good, consistently reliable name is just a good choice. We had a very good experience.

    The room was nothing special, but the location was good for our needs. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was crowded with no available seating, and most everything was empty when we arrived to eat around 9:30am on Saturday morning. That's the only reason for the 4 star review on service.

    El servicio de este hotel es realmente deficiente. Cuando uno se hospeda, espera que se cumplan con los servicios básicos que normalmente se ofrecen, como la limpieza diaria de la habitación. Durante toda nuestra estancia solicitamos que realizaran la limpieza, retiraran la basura y nos proporcionaran toallas limpias, pero en ningún momento lo hicieron. El último día, el gerente nos pidió que Expedia se pusiera en contacto con ellos para evaluar una posible compensación por los inconvenientes sufridos. Sin embargo, cuando Expedia se comunicó, informaron que no existía ningún registro de dicha solicitud. En resumen, para evitarse un mal rato, les recomiendo buscar otro hotel.

    This morning, we informed Ashley at the front desk that our room hadn't been cleaned and that the towels we'd left the first day hadn't been brought. Ashley looked at the papers and, without looking up, said, "Okay, you can go." Of course, the room hadn't been cleaned, and our towels hadn't arrived. I've never seen reception with such poor communication. I've experienced bad situations in hotels, but reception has always communicated well. This hotel is definitely not a Hilton. Don't choose it. If you have a problem, don't expect a solution.

    This Hotel should be 2 2-star hotels. The smell of the rooms was terrible, like very strong food, the towels was dirty. We paid 450$ 1 night and honestly I thought we would get a better 🌟 breakfast was horrible do not wait for only pancake, water coffee 👎 and not fruits, poor cereal and done. I do not recommend this hotel for 400$ a night better options under those prices. I still can't believe I paid that money for this. The environment is so loud noise 🔊 at night. I barely sleep. Also the checkout at 11 is terrible..
