Check-in was smooth, and everyone we interacted with made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a great view and all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel. Beds were super comfortable, and we slept great. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge — such a nice bonus in the city! Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.
