The lobby and common areas are modern and welcoming, and the whole property feels clean, safe, and well-maintained. The staff was fantastic — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and everyone we interacted with made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a great view and all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel. Beds were super comfortable, and we slept great. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge — such a nice bonus in the city! Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone staying in downtown Chicago — whether for business, family, or a weekend getaway.

When they take money they take right aways, but when they give it back is 10 days I think it is not fair. To be honest there are a lot of hotels in that areas that no need deposit next time when I go to Chicago I will no be there for sure
