This hotel is very nice. Super well kept and the staff were super professional. I think you definitely get what you pay for plus more. The breakfast is super good but not complimentary. The views at the rooftop are amazing and would recommend going at least once. This was our second trip to this hotel. The first time we stayed on floor 15 and this recent trip we stayed on floor 19. If you value your sleep or have an early flight I would really recommend not getting any high floor. The VU rooftop bar has events that play loud music which caused us to not be able to fall asleep due to the bass coming from the rooftop. I called front desk at midnight asking when they would be shutting off the music and she said they would be “ending soon” the music lasted until 1:45am. Overall I love this hotel but definitely will not stay on higher floors again.

I booked a few nights stay at this location for a conference. I reached out for possible early check-in. I knew that it would not be guaranteed. Since I am a Hilton Honors member I chose my room. I arrival around 11:20 am. They checked in multiple people while I waited in the lobby. At no point throughout the entire time I waited did they ever check on or give me an update. I went up to them at least four times the last being at approximately 5pm (an hour past their check in time). The room I was put in to the floor ice machine was not working. The fridge was loud. I also filed a complaint with the empty promise of points that up to a week have never showed up.

In my room I was given a towel with someone else's dried blood on it, and management refused to contact me regarding this issue. I made multiple attempts to speak with them at the desk (employees there acted confused and just deferred the issue even after seeing the towel in question), or have them reach out to me. I've had better stays and experiences at 2 star hotels.
