This was PERFECT for our needs. Get room 2923 like we did. It's top floor with wrap-around floor to ceiling windows. You can see the lake, museum campus, and a lot of downtown CHicago. The skyline view at night is insane. Waking up to the sun was also amzing. It's conveniently located near the red and orange lines and just worked out so well. Definitely will be back.

The staff wasn’t really helpful at all. We asked for a turn down on our rooms and we had to wait until 6 PM of us coming back to the room to get our rooms turned down the sink. The bathroom wouldn’t drain properly. There was hair in the shower I mean the visit was smooth, but it could’ve been better

Area is going downhill. Homeless people around and in and out of the lobby. They don't staff the valet all the time so they can make you late. I was trying to get to a convention and I ended up having to send my employees in an Uber while they found someone to get my car. Completely ridiculous. The hotel restaurant is garbage also

This was my first time here, and I was disappointed. The original room I was assigned was not serviced, the desk chair was damaged, I found a lighter and trash under the chair, and the door in the cubby that opens to the refrigerator section was hanging off the hinge. When I notified the front desk about it, I was originally told that there were no more rooms available and that an engineer would come by to fix the door and “see about the chair”. Thankfully, I was assigned to a different room because the original one was prepaid, and I had traveled all day from California to Chicago. I’ve never had this type of experience at a Hilton, and I hope this hotel will do better in the future.
