Very convenient location just accross the street from the Willis Tower. I stayed here one night for business, room was clean and staff was courteous. They don’t have their own restaurant though and staff sends you their other hotel’s(Canopy) restaurant which operates in the same building. I paid the outrageous price of $26 for a bagel and a latte so I recommend you plan to have breakfast somewhere else, there’s plenty of options around.

Have checked in a couple of hours ago, went for a short walk to look around, returned d cold and wet, it was continuously raining… Tool a shower and noted some “leftovers” from previous visitors of room 301 - bunches of hair on shower wall, please see attached pictures. One night stay for a single person is over 300 bucks. This kind of “findings” is no way acceptable! That also tells a lot about housekeeping services and quality control. Speaking frankly, it was disgusting… This is not a village hostel but rather a very well known brand hotel branch in Chicago center! Disgraceful…

Im glad they have a laundry for guest. CONS FOR THOSE GUESTS STAYING HERE, bring quarters. YES QUARTERS. I had all my stuff ready, to find out their laundry room got no coin exchange or atleast an updated laundry which takes an apple pay or pay it online to get it activated. I suggest y’all update your laundry machines because this is very inconvenient on my end (esp im pregnant) I had went to the front desk to atleast exchange my $5 bill to quarters, she said sorry we’re cashless here, try restaurant next door (canopy side) which i went and ask two gentlemen, they said sorry we have no change and only carry it in the morning. So i went back to the front desk hilton side to ask again and beg, and told receptionist if they have any spare coins, she said again none, so im like “how y’all operating a laundry room with no bill changer, and none of y’all carry change for guests? So are y’all telling me that laundry room is just a display for guest?” Receptionist just told me, go to circle k and get change. Like Are u freakin serious????? Im frustrated cause your laundry machines are outdated taking only coins, y’all think guests carry coins here??? Second, none of the staff downstairs would help you. If i didnt need work clothes while im in the city for business opening at willis tower i promise i wouldnt waste my time using y’all laundry room. Please do better Hilton.

the laundry room only takes quarters (yes, actual quarters, like it’s 1997). I spent half my sunday running around trying to find some: the front desk didn’t have any and suggested checking with the Hilton next door, the restaurant (which was closed), or the nearest convenience store (which also didn’t have any, somehow). spoiler: chipotle ended up saving the day. honestly, what kind of hotel laundry room still runs on quarters these days AND doesn’t have a machine to exchange cash? I just wanted clean clothes, not a scavenger hunt 🤬
