Traveled with a friend to Chi town. I was excited to stay here but this hotel is stuck in the 1990's. If you are looking for something modern, try a Hyatt and avoid this hotel. Hilton has gone downhill the past few years. More worried about a $12 water and making money than providing a great experience. There are better choices around the area.

⚠️ Not so quiet
I loved how clean and modern the rooms were. The hotel’s public spaces were pretty good too although the gym was a bit cramped. I wish the bed was newer since it felt a bit worn out and wasn’t soft and springy like other properties. At times conversation from neighboring rooms is clearly audible so bear that in mind when you try your luck here. Shoutout to the bar staff who gave excellent service!

One of the best Hilton hotels I stayed at. Room was superb, almost as good as a luxury suit. Service was courteous and friendly. Hotel itself is at the core of Chicago downtown with perfect access to all important places and public transport gateways.
This will definitely be my first hotel of choice in my future visits to Chicago.
