Good hotel. Breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from including eggs, sausages, milk and cereal, pastry, fruit and you could make your own waffles.
The staff were friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. There are multiple restaurants right infront of the hotel. Also there were complementary hot drinks available all the time in the lobby which was very nice.
The only problem I had is that the ventilation was weak and I had some difficulty breathing at night and had to open the little window in the room for some time.
Overall it was good and ventilation was my only problem.

You will have to pay over $40 for parking that they did not disclose to me, and when I called the hotel to ask about the charge the “manager” Maria was extremely rude basically talking to me like I’m a child or stupid, overtalking me like I was told about the charge and wouldn’t even let me explain what the man at the desk said that night! No reason to be condescending! When I told her she was being rude, she hung the phone up on me like really?! Super unprofessional as a manager, I have no reason to lie and I have every right in the world to inquire about a charge I wasn’t aware of and certainly have the right to tell my side without basically being told I’m a liar! I would never deny knowledge of a charge that I’m aware of, I’m not a liar or a scammer and she just assumed right from the beginning smh grow up lady

I came to leave a review because of the gluten free options for breakfast (I was so grateful to actually be able to eat a bagel or muffin) and just the breakfast in general was really solid; I also appreciated the coffee all day. Great location for me when I'm visiting as it's near friends and you can walk to the train easily or catch a bus wherever. The only thing I'll mention is if you're sensitive to synthetic cleaners- the scented cleaning spray I assume that is used on the carpeting was a little too strong for me. Smelled great but it would be really great if some more gentle cleaners could be used. The front desk rep was great and I had an easy and straightforward stay!
