The room was fairly large and very spacious, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I loved the barn-style sliding bathroom door and the convenient mini-bar/coffee area. The suite also included a work desk, a comfortable couch, and a king-size bed. The big open-concept windows were a highlight the views were beautiful, especially at night. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely come back! Only improvement that I would recommend is they have welcome card when it’s a guest birthday or a special occasion. I did ask for that Service but they didn’t offer that Service.

She was so pleasant to work with and made our stay even better! Thanks so much~ will be staying here in the future

The front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We were very happy that we chose the Hampton. See you next year! 😊
- HCHeather CraneOct 28, 20255.0This is the best Hampton Inn & Suites location that my family has ever stayed in. It looks like a brand new property, and is exceptionally clean. It is easy to get a good night’s sleep because it’s pleasantly quiet even when there are lots of other guests staying in the hotel. There are quite a few restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance, and the free breakfast that is included in the room fee is a nice touch to start your day right. The people who work here are absolutely wonderful. They’re genuinely kind, helpful, and professional. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Michael for going above and beyond for my family during our stay. He’s awesome, and I really appreciate all of his help! We will definitely make this our regular hotel when we visit our loved one in Chicago!
