They understood, and went above and beyond to handle the smallest of issues. You can tell these employees like where they work, and want to make it a nice stay. Location is easy to walk to Loyola and so many eateries and shops nearby. Nice views from the terrace on the 6th floor.

They also had to be pushed into helping. No apologies or any kind of concern. Considering we've seen our car on the streets - after being dropped off at valet - no surprise something happened to it. Very disappointing - we'll be trying even harder NOT to stay at this hotel again!

Beautiful location in residential area with 2 block walk to beach. Easy walk to shops and eateries. All staff are exceptional, super accommodating and professional. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. We take yearly road trip past 10 years or so and this hotel is a jewel.
