The room was clean and quiet. The staff were welcoming. The shuttle bus service was efficient. There were walkable restaurants including a Starbucks at the Marriott across the parking lot. Unfortunately, my stay ended on a very negative note when my car was stolen at around 4:30 AM on Friday. I received a notice that my car alarm had been activated. When we arrived back to the hotel that afternoon, all that was left in my parking spot was shattered glass. I’ve noticed in other review responses that the hotel mentions informing the security team so they can “improve,” but based on my experience, a strong security presence clearly isn’t in place. My car was parked next to the actual building. Clearly no one checked on anything when the alarm was going off. The staff I spoke with afterward seemed indifferent to the situation, offering little reassurance or support. I would never utilize any of these hotels in this complex that don't provide a secure exit/entrance.
