    We currently have a room booked for two nights. The key card system is down, so the hotel clerk has to let each person into their room with his key. The same gentleman is having to check people in and then escort them to their room. He is working all by himself. We checked in earlier in the day because they told us this should be fixed, but it is not. We have been waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes just for him to let us into our room. The manager of the hotel left this poor man all by himself to deal with it.

    I am giving this 5 stars because of Vinni who does night audit at the hotel!!!! She helped me tremendously and was so so patient. I’d ran into quite a situation with a third party booking site without knowing how to fully handle it myself. Vinni guided me through the process respectfully and was patient and made sure I got into a room for the night after it was done. She deserves a raise!! She definitely went above and beyond!!!

    Horrible experience in staying in this hotel. Bad rooms, bed, breakfast. Poor service and staff has no clue. Will not recommend anybody to stay in this Hotel. They are just taking advantage of Hilton’s name.

    Location is close to UIUC. Very spacious room. Microwave, Fridge, kitchen utensils, coffee brewing machine. Two queen beds, sofa cum bed, good working space. Breakfast was terrible. Not much choice. Close to ACE hardware store, AT&T, farmers market store, Starbucks, Taco Bell, petrol station etc. one of good things the few laundry. Washing m/c and dryer are free to use. Lift was not working one full day(both lifts. Should have better maintenance plan.
