EXCELLENT LOCATION TO STAY!!!!
It required a bit of a walk to reach terminal 2 for the pick-up from terminal 1. The driver was incredibly friendly, truly one of the best pick-ups I've ever experienced, and the front desk staff were equally wonderful. She even called to remind me the time bus leave for ORD in the morning.
The room was very clean and spacious. It's definitely a great place for an overnight stay to catch a flight the next morning at ORD.
Will definitely be back!!!

The rooms have 3 lamps, one was not working with buttons at their base. There is no common lighting with a switch at the entrance like almost all new hotels. The AC unit, made more noise than a jet on takeoff, could barely sleep in the 3 nights there. The rooms do not have microwaves or kettle or coffee makers. The only appliances were the relatively new TV and an extremely dinged up and small fridge. The bathroom sink is snake than most camper van sinks, barely the size of my palm. The location is close to a Meijer and Jewel osco. You will need to drive everywhere. The airport shuttle is spotty. With limited trips and vans. The gym is good for a hotel gym. The location has kind staff and is clean but that can never make up for the lack of basic amenities.

I was expecting something a little better for a 4 star hotel but I ended up unimpressed, I'm not very picky but my room was in rough shape nothing that would deter me from coming back just very noticeable,it did have all of the small amenities advertised (smart TV, microwave, mini fridge, iron , coffee maker etc.)the front desk people are not very friendly but at least they're efficient. One of the good things of this hotel it's the location about a 15 minute drive to O'Hare and plenty to do around the area , honestly it's not a bad hotel I guess i was just expecting more from it.all in all its a good value.

We had a wonderful stay! A warm welcome with a fresh cookie, quick and smooth check-in and check-out, and friendly concierge staff especially Ally. Nick, the manager, was very accommodating and provided personalized attention. The restaurant team and housekeeping staff were warm, hardworking, and ensured great food and spotless rooms. Indoor pool was a plus.
