- LRLinda Radford2 days ago5.0We have stayed at this DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Alsip for several years now, and will continue to return not only because the room is always clean and comfortable, the pool is large and wonderful or the treadmills in the exercise room that I always use, but mostly because of the exceptional service of the shuttle driver. His name is John, he has worked there for many years and he goes fully out of his way to help ensure that your shuttle service is perfect. He will do all he can to work with your schedule. It is rare to find such a genuinely kind person. We used the 'park and fly' site of Buyreservations.com to book our stay and to leave our car there in our absence. You can book the hotel room then for the night before your flight, the night after your return flight, or both! Excellent in every way that concerns me. Most definitely we will continue to stay here! 5 stars!

He didn't come back. I kept calling the front desk. Then I also ordered food and nevered received that. I will never go back to this double tree again.

She went above and beyond to make great conversation, recommended appropriate activities and food. Explained the shuttle service and was answering our questions before we even asked them. We booked with her on our return home because of the service alone. Rooms were clean. Pool was good. They have a restaurant on site

Plenty of parking, an indoor pool and event space. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I've stayed here a couple times and I plan to return.
