Nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast has to be the worst I’ve seen out of the 23 Hilton brand hotels I’ve stayed at this year so far. The elevators are terribly slow taking what seems to be an eternity to even start moving once the doors close. They were shut down at one point during our stay with a sign that said to use the stairs….we were on the 7th floor. I was told that I would receive extra points for my trouble, but that never happened adding insult to injury. There are several Hilton brand hotels in that area that I will be sure to try next time instead. This is a clean hotel with decent rooms in a great location, but that’s where it ends.

Stayed here after a BSU game and it was very impressive. From having a personalized greeting on the tv when we walked in to the amazing customer service from the staff all the way to the delicious breakfast the next morning. I will stay again for sure. Also, if you have kids... the swim area is top notch, my two loved it!

Nice rooms, terrible breakfast, only 2 elevators and they are VERY slow, with no easy to access stairs as an alternative.
PROS
* Nice room layout
* USB A charge ports by bed
* Many lamps; good lighting
* Rolling office table with a useful office chair * Clean well supplied kitchenette (microwave; no cooktop or oven)
* both opaque shade and blackout shade over the window
* There is a curtain available to separate the living area from the bed area
Comfortable bed
CONS
Terrible breakfast
It looks nice at first glance, but…
* No fresh items except bananas, apples and oranges.
* yogurt is sweetened and flavored
* milk - only 2 percent milk. No whole or 1/2 & 1/2.
* Everything offered has been pre-cooked or processed before arriving at the hotel (boiled eggs out of a plastic bag), egg bites, cooked bacon, sliced cheese, etc.
* Hot water for tea is in a container getting cold.
* If you want clean fresh food this is not the breakfast for you.
In the room
* there is no option to keep the fan ‘on’. That means both the furnace and the fan cycle on and off, guaranteed to wake you up.
* there is minimal hanging space for clothes
* the windows cannot be opened
Those slow elevators are bad. What makes it so much worse is that to access stairs you have to go out of the hotel into the garage, and go to the one of the far ends of the garage. They are the (public) parking lot stairs.
NOT RECOMMENDED
I will avoid staying in any Hilton on the assumption that this breakfast is representative. There are usually many alternatives that do this better.
