This hotel use to be our go to Hotel. They chose when to enforce the $7 per day parking policy. Upon checking in we were told it was $7 flat not per day. The hotel was dead and across the street there is a huge lot that someone could park to avoid the fees if they really wanted to. Behind the pool area people stay in campers / vans. We witnessed people staying in there vehicles overnight but yet the customers are being nickel and dimed for parking. Breakfast isn't included at this location either. The rooms need a deep clean there were stains on the curtains and in our pull out there was old moldy food and orange peels. I'm not sure if we will stay at this location again.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. He booked it through the 800 number. The total was 124.00 out the door. When we arrived, like most places if you have an occasion they will give you some extra perk. My husband mentioned it was our anniversary and the gal at the front desk says oh congratulations let me move you guys to a suite with a couch! That’s it! A couch! When I checked our bank we were charged 220 dollars instead. If we were told this very basic room would be 100 more we would have went somewhere else. She also mentioned where breakfast would be in the morning. And said it is from 7-11am. We went down around 10:40 and as expected for being a little late most everything was gone. I got some crusty eggs that were left and 2 slices of bacon. As we were making our way to a table the gal came up to us and shoved a menu in our face and proceeded to tell us it’s 15 dollars per person. Just your normal things we have always got at a continental breakfast nothing more. Will NOT be coming back here. Not impressed. There are less inexpensive places in meridian where they thank their guests with a continental breakfast. Do your research…

Love the staff - great hotel. Several restaurants and the movie theater all in walking distance. Free parking. A convenient location close to everything. Less crowded and more economical than the downtown hotels. I also think the food service is better quality than in some of the other hotels.

I attended a catered dinner here. Jodi and Danny, and all the other staff, did a fantastic job serving us. The food was awesome and plentiful. Did not stay in a room.

I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Boise Spectrum several times, and it consistently delivers a clean, comfortable, and reliable experience. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the AC and fan both work perfectly, which travelers know makes all the difference! My only small callout is that the digital key never seems to work. As a Diamond member, that’s a nice perk I’d love to see fixed, since it’s been an issue during multiple stays. Now, the real highlight, the restaurant. I travel often for work and have eaten in cities like Seattle, Chicago, Minnesota, Florida, California, and New York, and I can honestly say the quality and service here are exceptional. Chef Todd is a true standout. I had the salmon one evening , perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the next night, the special was trout with almonds over wild rice and asparagus, which was easily the best trout I’ve ever had. But I wouldn’t have indulged in the full dining experience if it weren’t for the friendly and welcoming service from the bartender and server, Elenor. Her warmth and professionalism truly made me feel at home and encouraged me to enjoy the restaurant ,something I rarely do when traveling for work. For fellow travelers or anyone passing through Boise ,don’t skip the hotel restaurant. Order here, relax, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised ( I was). I’ll absolutely continue choosing this hotel every time I’m in town.
