I attended a catered dinner here. Jodi and Danny, and all the other staff, did a fantastic job serving us. The food was awesome and plentiful. Did not stay in a room.

I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Boise Spectrum several times, and it consistently delivers a clean, comfortable, and reliable experience. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the AC and fan both work perfectly, which travelers know makes all the difference! My only small callout is that the digital key never seems to work. As a Diamond member, that’s a nice perk I’d love to see fixed, since it’s been an issue during multiple stays. Now, the real highlight, the restaurant. I travel often for work and have eaten in cities like Seattle, Chicago, Minnesota, Florida, California, and New York, and I can honestly say the quality and service here are exceptional. Chef Todd is a true standout. I had the salmon one evening , perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the next night, the special was trout with almonds over wild rice and asparagus, which was easily the best trout I’ve ever had. But I wouldn’t have indulged in the full dining experience if it weren’t for the friendly and welcoming service from the bartender and server, Elenor. Her warmth and professionalism truly made me feel at home and encouraged me to enjoy the restaurant ,something I rarely do when traveling for work. For fellow travelers or anyone passing through Boise ,don’t skip the hotel restaurant. Order here, relax, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised ( I was). I’ll absolutely continue choosing this hotel every time I’m in town.

Great beautiful place. Briana in the dining area was so kind and she was working her but off! Front desk was kind. My only downfall was that one of the front desk people told my mother in law she had more nights than she did and got there dates wrong. MIL caused such a headache about it.

Upon check in on two suites the carpet was still wet in one suite and both had an odd odor . I notified the staff that ONE room had wet carpet but would be gone for a few hours. Upon returning fans were in both suites. I also noted one suite had previous water damage that was not properly repaired. Now housekeeping, my guest was told this would happen every second day. The sticker on the mirror stated every other day and I was told every third day. The jacuzzi chlorine levels were very high. Almost chocking levels. I won’t detail the breakfast that was offered but that it was undesirable.
