Service was great. The gentleman & his trainee welcomed us as soon as we came in the door. The trainee made an immediate connection based on my hat . The gentleman was great at the training. The bed was pretty firm, but overall pretty comfortable. The room was very nice & clean. I would definitely stay at this location again when passing through. #BOOMER

No TV. We are here for a week and the hotel is updating TV service. There is no connection to cable service. Reset the cable box and called front desk. Front desk is not able to help. Referred us to the manager who is not available until tomorrow. Ran out of conversation topics two hours ago. Currently entertaining ourselves by reading insta memes aload. 😵‍💫👈

Sadly, my entire stay was nothing but one disappointment after another. - some BIG issues, some minor, but still worth noting... the worst part was that we lost DirectTV on Thursday with promises it would come back on soon. When I checked out the next day, it was still not working. Who wants to stay in a hotel room (especially on a WEEKEND) and not have TV to watch (with no way to use apps like Netflix/Prime/Max on the TV as an alternative)??!! This all started at my check in - I was advised that the fitness room was "out of order" (apparently that has been awhile based on another review) and it was still not open after 6 days of what was supposed to be a 12 night stay (until I couldn't take it any longer and checked out 7 nights early). When I checked out on Friday, it was still out of order. The business center also out of order the entire stay. Wallpaper was coming apart over the bed, caulking around the toilet was missing, door to the bedroom wouldn't stay open unless propped open, message light on the phone blinking and couldn't clear, broken leg on chair at dining table in "kitchen area", rusted angle stop and missing handle to turn water on/off to toilet missing, rusted legs on the luggage rack, nearly non-existent shower pressure, moldy caulking around tub/shower surround, loose safety bar in shower, minimal to no kitchen items if you actually wanted to use the kitchen by cooking in it, overall generally worn kitchen cabinets, dishwasher door handle not functioning correctly, light bulb in hanging lamp would not stay lit and kept forcing me to twist the bulb itself for it to work. The Wednesday night "hospitality" offering was beer on tap (no wine?), barely lukewarm hot dogs and overcooked dried out hamburger patties. Both the hot dog and hamburger buns were refrigerator cold in spite of being in the warming server 40 minutes into service. At first, the only condiment available was packets of ketchup, but they later added packets of mustard and mayo, feeling like it was an afterthought. Some cheese/crackers and a couple of other minor things. The only somewhat redeeming part about the free breakfast was a couple of daily Mexican protein options which were not very hot forcing me to bring a plate to my room and use the microwave to take it up to proper temperature (which is a bit suspect as it might be a health violation if the health inspector came to check proper temperatures for food). Watching the attendant literally open and dump the clearly powdered scrambled eggs from a plastic bag to fill the server tray and also having them being dried out/overcooked made them basically inedible. Not only can I never consider staying here ever again, this location has tarnished the Homewood Suites brand for me going forward. Such a shame to have this option off my list of options as I travel using extended stay suite options exclusively several times a year for business!! My company is 20,000 employees strong and I will be advising my colleagues and Concur of my experience here so they can decide if it will continue to be on the platform for other employees.
