The only downsides were the charging ports on the nightstand didn't work and you had to pay extra for the breakfast buffet . Overall highly recommended if you plan on spending a lot of time at the mall.

Staff had no answers but offered free breakfast that only is served after I leave for work! Lol. Will stay there again just not in that area of the hotel. ........ follow up stayed there the last two weeks of October (booked by work) and Still no hot water in the mornings stayed in room 103 and 325 and it's makes no difference. Will not stay here again due to no hot water in the mornings
