Becuase we are military we have to have our recipe a specific way and use a specific card and they somehow charged the wrong card and told us to take it up with corporate! We had two rooms and both had issues. One the shower didn’t work at all and the second the shower wouldn’t drain and had other peoples hair in it, probably due to not draining. When we addressed this with them in the AM they refused to give any sort of accommodation or apologize and just said they’d put a work order in. How rude and unprofessional. They said if we want a discount on the room to call corporate. This was a horrible stay and I hope if you are considering this place you choose to stay somewhere else. Customer service is everything.
