They simply dropped off towels and left, without addressing even the most basic cleaning needs. To make matters worse, the room itself was dirty and clearly neglected. There was visible dirt on the floor and corners, and even a spider crawling around — as shown in the photo. It made the space feel not just unclean, but downright unsettling. Staying in a room like that was more of a horror experience than a restful one. The lack of cleanliness, attention to detail, and basic guest care was shocking. This place doesn't deserve more than a 1-star rating — and even that feels generous. At best, it's a 2-star property pretending to be something more. I strongly advise others, especially families, to stay far away. Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind — there are far better options out there.
