The room was super clean and the customer service was phenomenal, their breakfast was fresh, warm and delicious, and everything we asked for we got it with no delay, also the receptionists on the front desk were so friendly especially Jessie. We travel the long way from Portland, Oregon, and the hotel made us feel very much at home after a long travel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was easy to get to. What really made the difference for us was the service from Jesse. He was welcoming, helpful, and always had a smile when we came through the lobby. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some really good recommendations for the area. We also really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the breakfasts were good and fresh. Highly recommend the Ethiopian restaurant, Gursha, and they deliver. The food was very flavorful and a good price and we got Dubai chocolate included! Delicious Thanks to Jesse and the rest of the team, our visit was smooth and enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again.
