She hung up without fully ending the call when I had to call the front desk for trouble with our TV, and did the same when my husband called later looking for more towels. When we went down to shop the store she was on her butt and on her phone instead of being attentive when there were guests around. Didn't even glance our way when we asked how to pay, just gestured to the machine and said rudely "It's all self serve." In addition, the room itself was not worth $159+. It was outdated, no bathroom fan, and one of our towels had a creepy stain on it. Lastly, when we booked, the reservation said they had shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. When my husband inquired about it, she said "No, we don't do that." I could have gotten better service, a better room, and at a better price had I just gone elsewhere. Next time I will!

Made for a long night. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and helpful in getting to go breakfast.

I called in to reserve a room the night before my arrival to the hotel Jami answered my phone call and she was very easy to talk to in getting my room booked. Then I arrived at the hotel it was exactly what I expected the entire property is well kept and the employees take pride in their work. I’m already looking forward to booking my next stay here. Thank you Jami for your hospitality and 5 star service!
