From check-in onward, it was a mess. We came in to an empty check in desk. After Miriam came back from running to a room to help another resident, I’d found out that she was the only one working and had to go to rooms to help people because the company that owns this hotel didn’t staff it well enough, so I couldn’t blame Miriam, because she was nothing but helpful! It’s a pity that Nick, the General Manager, wasn’t there to back her up! As a CPO for a large nonprofit, I was shocked at the poor management.
Despite the great design, the fancy touch light didn’t work. The sliding door to the bathroom was horribly stuck and risked breaking just to slide open and the clines didn’t open all the way. So, lots of bells and whistles but this room was made for form, not function and felt like a rip off. Pity. The hotel is well-placed walkable from a lot!

Excellent rooms; spacious, comfortable, with both a nice kitchenette and bathroom. My only complaint is that the sounds in the hall all came through my room crystal clear. It may be that the stone floors conducted the hallway sounds more than carpeted floors would, but at any rate it makes for a loud night until everyone else on the floor goes to bed.

I travel for work and basically live out of a hotel. The location is perfect 👌 as its with in walking distance to a mall, drug store, countless restaurants and bars. Mariem is so welcoming and made sure we were taken care of daily. She is extremely personable and asked us about our work day and continued to provide meal suggestions every evening. The Bread Garden Market is so convenient and they allow you bill your meals to your room which makes for easy single payment. The rooms are beautiful and house keeping keeps everything looking amazing and your room stocked. By far one of my favorite hotel

The hotel is definitely at the center of things in the city. but given you can get anywhere within the range of 20 mins walking distance and free buses idk if the hotel is worth it. There were communication problems with staff, which made simple requests more difficult. you need to make sure to tell the staff multiple times to clean your room, or it might not get done. The beds also don’t get changed often enough for a Hilton. And no breakfast despite what Booking.com etc says. Maybe ask in advance for any amenity promised here or you might be disappointed. Overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the level of service and cleanliness. not what I expected.
