After a long road trip we were flustered and weary but we were greeted by Willow’s smiling face at the desk and it just got better from there. She was smart and helpful as well as kind, solving a messy reservation issue (that was caused by the Hilton 800 line people) for us quickly and competently. Rooms are spacious and very well appointed and, most important, clean. Recommend!

I loved the space of the room. The downside is the lack of mirrors. There is only one small one in the bathroom. Having one in the living space is needed. It would also be nice to have a dim light or night light in the bathroom. Great location, clean, very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were very comfy, clean, modern but not well equipped for a suite with a kitchen. Not enough pans and one time we didn’t even have a bowl. The laundry situation needs to be fixed. 3 sets of washer and dryers but only 1 worked. I will definitely stay again.

We booked this room through Airbnb. Room was nice customer service was pretty bad. They advertised Air conditioned room gave us a room with no AC and since they put a fan in the room. The room was almost 80 degrees when it was 70 degrees outside. Poor communication between the hotel and Airbnb. Hidden charges that weren’t communicated until charged. Graduate is def the better stay.

I travel for work often and almost always in Hilton properties. This property and staff are truly top notch for anywhere in the US, very impressed all around!
