Room was dirty and extremely outdated. There was a used washcloth left in the shower, stains on the desk chair, and the armchair was falling apart with fabric peeling off. Overall, the room felt unclean and poorly maintained. I was also not informed ahead of time that construction was taking place on one of the floors, and there were intermittent loud bangs and noises throughout the evening. I would not stay here again.

Every hotel needs an Andi! Andi went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our room. And you could tell that made Andi happy! Our experience at this hotel was wonderfully rare and memorable! Thank you!

Disgusting If I could give this hotel 0 stars it would be too much. I went through Expedia to book this room because going directly through the hotel to book was doubled in price for this weekend (football game weekend) and everywhere was booked or astronomically over priced. I booked it based off rating and price. Why people rated this dumpster 5⭐️ is beyond me. When we first checked in the clerk was pleasant. As we were walking to our room I noticed huge dirt/stained/filth spots on the carpets. Once we walked in our room I immediately became sick/enraged/disgusted. From stains and rips on furniture, to broken curtains, broken fixtures, stained lamp shades, stains in shower, etc (see pictures). We immediately called for a manager and the clerk that checked us in showed up (with attitude). We showed her everything and we requested a better room; she stated “I can’t promise you that any other room would be better than this one”! WHAT?? She stated they are going through renovations. If none of your rooms are better than this one then just shut the place down until you can carry the “Hilton” brand as it should be. Hilton/Hampton should be appalled to have this hotel open and charging people with less than sub par rooms. She also stated that we couldn’t get our money back or even a partial refund because we went through a 3rd party. I contacted Expedia and they reimbursed us 20%. Still UNACCEPTABLE.
