We also offer an airport shuttle (DSM) with the following schedule: Monday-Thursday from 4AM to 10PM: Fridays from 4AM to 12PM: Sundays from 4PM to 10PM: No shuttle service on Saturday. Settle in to your spacious studio or one-bedroom suite at this Des Moines, IA hotel. Each suite features homelike comforts including an HDTV, complimentary WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. She is by far, the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and hard working Hilton employee that we've encountered on our many years of traveling, and staying at many Hilton properties. While checking in, she made sure that our request for adjoining rooms was correct, offered suggestions on local dining, and whenever I was down in the lobby, she was always busy helping other guests, cleaning and stocking the little convenience shop, and working with other staff. Sure, they have parking 'restrictions' - but what hotel near an airport like this doesn't?! It is a newer hotel, so no issues to complain of with our room. The pool was open, and was very much like I expected it to be - clean, well organized, everything was well light and operational and just the right temperature. The only bad thing is their luggage carts are not the full size carts - just the smaller variety. Will definitely be staying here the next time we're in the area - and it's because of the great service and near perfect facility.

- GGGoCubbies8120Oct 31, 20253.0Room is great. HOWEVER! We reserved a room specifically with a bathtub, and we got a room with a walk-in shower. They advertise airport shuttle service. HOWEVER! You can't park here. Front desk person said that's basically for people who fly in for a party and then leave. Who's doing that in Des Moines? 🙄 We're staying here tonight (Thursday), flying out tomorrow, coming back Monday, and planned on staying again Monday night. I asked the front desk person if they were full this weekend, and she said "No we only have 14 reservations... Wait... Make that 13." I asked how many rooms they have here, and she said something like 132. I asked if it was possible if we could just stay parked here for the weekend, and if so, we would keep our reservation for Monday night, otherwise we would cancel it and stay at the Hampton. She said she would ask the owner when he got back and give us a call. She called us a couple hours later and said the owner said no. Really?? We would have been a 2-night stay for like $300 if you had allowed us to take up a parking spot in your 132-spots-but-only-13-are-spoken-for parking lot, but OK! We'll stay 2 blocks down at the Hampton from now on where we can park and fly.
