We are conveniently located off I-235, situated just minutes from Downtown Des Moines and nearby attractions such as the Iowa Events Center, Wells Fargo Arena, and the Des Moines Art Center. In addition, our hotel is located directly across the street from Drake University, making it an ideal choice for guests visiting the campus. At just five miles from Des Moines International Airport, and minutes from suburbs such as West Des Moines, Urbandale and Johnston, our hotel is perfectly situated to give guests easy access to many nearby attractions.
Our hotel is an all-suite property that features amenities such as complimentary parking, complimentary WiFi, complimentary breakfast, an indoor heated saline pool, Spin2 Cycle fitness center, and laundry facilities. All our hotels guest rooms are suites, set up in an open concept studio apartment style with a living area, workstation and open bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the pillows are soft. However, not the hotels fault there were some rather obnoxious people on the second floor just outside my door that kept yelling and disturbing surrounding residents and smoking weed in the room. This went on until past 4am. I called the front desk a couple of times to report it and ended up asking them to call the police because they continued to be rowdy. I would stay here again. Just cross my fingers there won't be another disturbance like that.
