Everyone is always kind and hold a door for you or says hi you just never feel like ignored. I think that’s one of the marks of Hampton That is above everyone else. All the staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable and they have the bottle soap and shampoo now, but they also have a little bar soap so plenty of options and lots of towels being near the airport. It was not loud

When I brought up the bugs to the front desk, the staff was completely dismissive and acted like it was normal, which is beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, the checkout process was ridiculous. Instead of being able to say something at a reasonable time in the morning before departure, I was told I had to come down in the middle of the night to take care of it. Who thinks that’s a good idea for guests? The front desk team was rude every step of the way, and it was clear they had no interest in addressing concerns or making the stay better. Between the filthy bathroom, bugs in the room, and unhelpful staff, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
