Awesome property to stay at for travel and those frequently on the road! Large rooms and very quiet in the mornings with housekeeping staff that actually respects the "do not disturb" door hangers. On top of that Joseph and Mandy have always provided top rate customer service and really know how to make their guests feel like "Gold". Close to grocery/retail/fuel/restaurants and more makes the location extremely convenient. My top choice when staying in the area.

Poor man's remodel job. Noisy pipes that woke us all night.

Was a nice surprise. This budget Hilton property was our landing spot for the Ragbrai route this year. Spent several nights with 3 rooms, 6 adults (double queen's two people per room). Tisha was the first to greet us late Tuesday night. What a treasure she was. Always the overnight staff, she was very helpful and kind. The day "guys" were also great getting breakfast and helping with any questions. Nice location for shopping those forgotten items. We'll stay again.

Easily the worst hotel I've ever tried to stay in. I checked in around 830. The first room I tried greeted me with the smell of dirty feet that had stomped Doritos into the carpet. After only a few minutes I discovered ants on the bedside table. I showered and came out to ants on the sink and more on the bedside table. I requested another room. At the second room I was greeted by the smell of feces and a decomposed corpse. Someone else's short and curlies were on the sink and the a/c was broken. The combination of the muggy air and the stench nearly simulated my gag reflex. I scanned for roaches, found none, but surely they were hiding, awaiting the dark. Anxiety and dread set in as sweat began to bead up on my brow. I contemplated a night in the back seat of my rented Nissan Altima in this God forsaken town. I opened the phone, and messaged a couple of airbnb's to see if I could get in. The gentleman at the hotel desk was kind enough to try and rectify the situation, but there was no chance I was closing my eyes in here tonight. I cancelled, and luckily, a nearby Airbnb was able to accommodate me, even at this late hour. Thank God I didn't have to spend a night lying awake wondering what other horrors might come when the lights went out at "The Spark".

No microwave no alarm clock no coffee pot in room. Breakfast was a small selection of cold choices unless you had toast or bagel. The only really good thing is the location. Unless it's an only choice I wouldn't stay again.
