- DCD ClineDec 5, 20251.0Horrible customer service. Booked2 months in advance. Was advised 24 hour cancellation policy. Snowstorm canceled my trip. Called more than 24 hrs prior. Told no refund. Front desk advised changed policy 2 weeks prior, to 48 hours. Hilton was no help. Canceled long time honors w/them. Stay anywhere else.
- SDShanteria DavisDec 4, 20253.0Came here for a work stay. The laundry room key card stopped working reported it maybe for 2 weeks and the manager never came in to fix it. Literally had to haul my stuff to the nearest laundromat. Very frustrating when you work 24/7 and all you really asked for was someone to please come fix the door so your stay can be alil bit easier. Other than that the staff is really nice. The breakfast isn’t much to care for but it is a cold breakfast so you can’t really expect more.

Large rooms and very quiet in the mornings with housekeeping staff that actually respects the "do not disturb" door hangers. On top of that Joseph and Mandy have always provided top rate customer service and really know how to make their guests feel like "Gold". Close to grocery/retail/fuel/restaurants and more makes the location extremely convenient. My top choice when staying in the area.

Spent several nights with 3 rooms, 6 adults (double queen's two people per room). Tisha was the first to greet us late Tuesday night. What a treasure she was. Always the overnight staff, she was very helpful and kind. The day "guys" were also great getting breakfast and helping with any questions. Nice location for shopping those forgotten items. We'll stay again.
