King bed mattress and pull out couch mattress are AWFUL. When my husband went to go ask for 2 more pillows because they only give you 3 to a bed which I don’t get because why wouldn’t you put 4 on the bed? That way if a couple want to sleep there’s 2 pillows available. Even after telling reception I have a bad back they still denied one more extra pillow….God forbid. The pillow provided for the pull out mattress was yellow and literally flatter than the floor. Sorry but when someone’s traveling halfway across the country with husband, wife, child, and two dogs….we aren’t going to be filling our car up with pillows and take up space. The least you guys could do is make sure your customers are comfortable during the stay and can accommodate needs for others. So with this….put 4 pillows on the bed not 3. Offer people 2 pillows. Oh and there was trash from the prior people staying here. There was a red paper plate and dirty wipe sitting behind the recycling bin under the desk. Gross. Tells me the cleaners aren’t being thorough when they clean and pull things out from the spaces they are cleaning. Like…trash? Really? That’s so nasty. I have a 9 month old crawling and I’m glad I noticed it before she could get a hold of it Oh and we got a noise complaint for getting ready to leave the hotel. It was at 6:45 AM. Got it. We have 2 dogs as well. But we didn’t complain about the people next door to us having sex and being loud. Great experience. Not.

The rooms were spacious, very. However the seal outside the shower was orange and nasty so needs a good cleaning or re-sealed and the couch had stains on it and looked nasty. The worst part for us 3 that stayed is how uncomfortable the beds are. They sink in the middle really bad. Are very lumpy and just wore out bad. None of us slept the 2 nights we stayed very well due to the beds. We will not be staying in this establishment again.

The odor of the room smelled horrific! Like a dirty litter box. Asked to switch rooms ... second one smelled terrible but not quite as bad. All rooms allow pets. We will never be back. A few months ago stayed here and the room was perfect, we thought we found a gem,.... the hotel is really clean. They have the best breakfast around. The rooms are beautiful ! maybe that was the only room that doesn't smell of animal urine.... my suggestion is if you're going to allow pets, don't allow them in every room. Have some rooms where one can enjoy fresh air and if you're going to allow the pets, remove all of the carpet! Also don't cover up odor with awful air freshener or Febreze like I think they did . We want to give this place five stars, but I can't hold my breath when I'm in my room.
