When I called to explain the situation, Aaron at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Even though I was well past the cancellation deadline, he graciously allowed me to cancel without penalty. Aaron was understanding, professional, and genuinely kind during a stressful moment. If the rest of the hotel operates with this level of care, I’ll gladly book here the next time I’m in the area. Truly impressive customer service!
