- AFA F4 days ago5.0This Hotel was amazing! Staff were friendly, clean all over. Pool, fitness center and guest laundry available. Kitchen, diner area downstairs with a nice selection of meals and drinks. Would definitely choose this location again!

- OVO VPOct 24, 20251.0I checked out one day earlier and asked them to give me and invoice which they did. I left and one day later they charged me for another night and the guy apparently didn't check me out. I called 2 days later and explained the problem and they said they will fix it right away. next day nothing happens and I call again and they told me the "approval is been sitting on the managers office for the signature" I asked how much it will take and Jason started to be sarcastic saying "I just told you what is happening" I told him that I wanted to know how long it will take to get an approval to fix a problem that they created and he continued being sarcastic. I told him that if I didn't get the cancellation I will just dispute it through my bank, and Jason got really angry saying they I shouldn't threat to take legal action when he told me what was going on. I was not threatening just saying what were my options since they were talking too long. anyways he got really angry. I called customer service and after 40 mins of wait an explaining to 2 different agents they told me the same that I had to wait for the confirmation, I told them I wanted to complain about Jason's attitude but they didn't care at some point the customer service agent said something like "I do not understand what do you want me to do now" I told them I wanted the problem fixed and I couldn't see an answer and they just didn't care. awful experience end to end, dealing with poor staff service, then managers efficiency and the corporate customer service that did nothing...
