    Hotel looks nice from afar. Get closer and you'll find, bathroom tile installed by 10 year olds, shower doors that stick. Lanai sliders that superman couldn't open. Cable TV thats 12 hours behind it's program guide. Invigorating process to stream your phone to the TV. Fans that barely spin. Inoperable under cabinet lighting. Access gates that barely work. My Favorite thing about the room is the bidet and the receptionist was extremely nice. Honestly would've been just as comfortable at a Best Western.

    Seriously disappointed in this resort. We are Hilton Grand Vacation Centum +. Our view from our room is a parking lot. Busy street. Follow up: Doreen at the front desk was A rockstar and got us moved to a much more pleasant location. Josh helped us move all of our stuff and it went smoothly. Thanks to the staff for caring.

    When I looked this up it’s listed as a “2 star hotel” HOW!!! This place was absolutely beautiful and I was so in love and I am DYING to come back to you. It felt like an apartment, the pools are gorgeous, you’re so close to the beach, and the restaurant right at the bottom of the road was so convenient and good! I love whoever’s mind created this place and wish I could give it 6 stars.

    The breakfasts were terrible and paid separately, absolutely not worth the price. It was also impossible to order breakfast every day — sometimes it just wasn’t available. There was no room service at all during my 5-day stay. No one changed towels or made the bed even once. Water was also not provided anywhere in the hotel — you had to buy it yourself at the supermarket nearby. Very disappointing experience overall, especially considering the cost. In addition, as a member of the Hilton Grand Vacations Club, I do not advise or recommend spending your money on this.THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECT TO PAY FOR❌❌❌❌

    Unbelievably Negligent — No Response After a Horrific Accident I am writing this review with deep disappointment and concern. During our recent stay at the Hilton Hotel in Maui in July 2025, my husband was seriously injured when a barbecue grill exploded on the property. This was a terrifying and traumatic experience that no guest should ever have to endure. Entire week was ruined and he is struggling with ongoing symptoms. What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of response or accountability from hotel management. Despite multiple attempts to reach out — in person and through follow-up messages — we have not received any communication, apology, or concern from the Hilton staff, other than handing us a post-it with a bogus phone number for their liability insurance company. The number was incorrect. Crickets since. Safety should always be a top priority at a resort of this caliber, yet the condition of the grill and the hotel’s inaction afterward raise major questions about maintenance standards and guest care. We are deeply shaken by this incident and extremely disappointed by how it has been handled. Until this matter is acknowledged and properly addressed, I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to anyone.
