  We had an amazing time here. Normally we book a Airbnb, but this hotel was a great change of pace! It was super close to the airport and right on the water with a small beach you can walk out to. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself was super clean and kept up with. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the seating on the hotel lanai was a great place to have breakfast or bring back dinner from a local food truck. They also had lots of activities such as Lei making, sunset ceremonies, and even a beach cleanup hosted by the Maui Ocean Center. Would definitely recommend staying here!

  I had the absolute best time here! The drinks were amazing, and my new favorite bartender, Nikky, made the experience even better. Her service was truly top tier, and her drinks were unmatched. I’ll definitely be back for my birthday in March with all my friends! Make sure you ask for Nikky and try her delicious rum punch , you won’t regret it!

  A great hotel on the water. Lynette, Napua and Kelsey are outstanding! They are great professionals who love their job and customers! A superb morning breakfast finished a great stay!

  Attention l'hôtel vous fait payer la place de parking 15 $ par nuit je crois que ça doit être le seul hôtel dans le monde à faire payer la place de parking ayant voyagé un peu partout dans le monde !! Alors que vous avez un parking à 100 m gratuit... Je tiens à signaler aussi que le petit-déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur du tout des prestations de l'hôtel en payant aussi cher la nuit !! La chambre est jolie ainsi que le cadre extérieur côté mer

  This is a new hotel, and since we’ve stayed at the one in Oahu before, we decided to try this location. Everything looks nice: brand new rooms, bathrooms, etc. It's also less than 10 minutes away from the airport. However, it’s poorly built, and the walls and ceilings are very thin. Starting around 6 a.m., when housekeeping begins, you can hear nonstop thumping outside the door and above on the ceiling. We even had to make a noise complaint in the evening. The window screen fell off and we had to reattach it ourselves. You can also see chop saw marks on a bathroom shelf. The doors are janky; you have to push and pull to get them open. Several room doors weren’t locking properly as we walked by, and we frequently saw staff trying to fix them. An employee across from our room spent over five minutes opening and slamming the door to repair it, which was extremely disruptive. The room cleaning service was also extremely slow. We’d be out for three-hour slots, and they still wouldn’t clean our room unless we specifically requested it each time. Additionally, the disability-access button to open the door on the west side was broken. I was using a mobility scooter, and they told us an outside contractor needed to fix it, so it remained unusable our entire stay of 5 days. Parking is $15 per day. The pros: it’s new, looks clean, offers a good breakfast with Chobani yogurt, Frosted Flakes cereal, and buttery, delicious waffles. I wish I could give this hotel a higher rating. If you stay here, you should request a room on the 4th floor. I understand that Hampton Inn has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We booked our stay through Expedia, and I realize there’s probably not much that can be done on your end. It’s not like the walls can suddenly be made thicker. I suppose the disability door button could have been fixed sooner, but overall, I definitely wasn’t 100% satisfied with my stay.
