  Hidden cleaning fee when you check in of $200 plus after paying in full through Priceline of $771.30. Thought this was a stay at the Waikiki Grand but it's a 2nd party owned by Castle Resorts & Hotel. Room was not at all what to expect. Drinking reusable glasses made of plastic with many cracks had mold which could not be cleaned. Above kitchen sink had electrical power pack with many plugs in it about one foot above water supply which could cause electrical shock and fire. Bathroom vanity had permanent stains and bath tub spout and drain had rust and mold. Can not lock door from inside broken lock and no workable deadbolt. Anyone with code can come in while your there. When you check in at Waikiki Grand at the front desk they said that they are not affiliated with this reservation and have to go the the 5th floor to one of the rooms which has been converted to a shabby office where your told to pay the cleaning fee. The only good thing about this place is the location.

  Las habitaciones son un total engaño con respecto a las fotos, todo es viejo y muy pequeño, y con la sorpresa de que nos quedamos sin agua en la habitación, no lo recomiendo para nada y no volvería a este hotel.

  Stay is comfortable and just a few steps in the beach, parking fee is reasonble price and there is a clean pool. They have plates, spoon, forks and other kitchen utensils. Room is clean too. We will be back here on summer

  The hotel was in the perfect location! We even had a great little spot (The Hula) right outside our door for our evening adult beverages.😊 Grateful for the parking, sad it wasn’t part of package. Sun super limited at the pool…bummer. But, the beach 🏖️!!!

  The hotel has a bar restaurant on the second floor, cheeseburger place on the bottom floor. Both very good. The hotel has its own rooms Comet and rooms that castle Resorts rent. From what I gather the ones through the hotels website itself Waikiki Grand are nice we rented a room from Castle and it was a bit funky. So we changed rooms to another room with a television that didn't work. So we changed rooms a third time and the room is decent. The rooms are not pristine aesthetically but they're clean. You cannot beat the location. The top deck on the 10th floor overlooks the zoo park and Diamond Head. You can also see the ocean a little bit. The ABC is super close. Find hotel there is a motorcycle scooter rental place and a cool little food stop very reasonable. Everything is within walking distance. I would definitely go on the Waikiki Grand website to rent the room directly from the hotel
