    Like the kitchen in the rooms, could use some TLC in room...breakfast was disappointing @ 8am hardly anything stocked as the 2 girls stood talking to each other and the yogurt machine was out of service.

    I want to thank Crystal who took good care of me. I made not one but two mistakes on the dates and had to cancel my reservation. She helped me modify my reservation and made sure my card was canceled on the previous two reservations. Thank you Crystal not only for your help but your patience and professionalism!

    I stayed here for 2 weeks. And after checking in with Crystal, I went out to check the room. The room had a musty smell and went back and told Crystal about it. She switched me to another room that was much better in smelling. Her customer service is amazing and every time I walk through the door with her behind the desk I was greeted by a smile and a happy voice saying hello. Unfortunately the second week that I came I was not in the same room,as promised. And had to do the same experience with moving to a second room upon checking in due to the musty moldy smell. I noticed on my third night here that there was mold in the bathroom. This was reported and they said that they would take care of it.

    All you can ask for in a hotel....fast service at check in, clean rooms, and good mattress. It was quiet and comfortable. We will stay there again when we have to be back

    Do not stay at this location! We booked an overnight stay on 8/30-31st. Before we arrived I received an alert from my bank that this hotel drafted my account, when I opted to PAY AT DESK! Okay, not a huge deal! However, I attempt to check in at 3:15 since their website states check in is at 3pm, but I’m told my room isn’t ready. This prompts me to ask why my account had been drafted when I opted to pay upon check-in and now I cannot check in because the room is not ready! I was told “oh this happens all the time, I apologize your account is drafted.” My room wasn’t ready until right before 4pm when their website advertises a 3pm check-in. The next day we check out and as we’re headed back to N.C. my spouse notices he left his $200 Beats by Dre in the bed at the hotel. I call the front desk to ask if they could be mailed to us? I’m told the housekeeping manager has left for the day, to call back tomorrow (Monday). I call the following day and was told the housekeeping manager is not there and will not be back until Wednesday, but the housekeeper that cleaned our room was there and said the headphones were not found. No WAY they weren’t found they were in the bed!! These people are liars and thieves! It’s sad they would take advantage of hardworking individuals and steal from them. We know for a fact the Beats were left in that hotel! I’m disgusted by the fact we were stolen from and completely disregarded by their so called corporate office. A person must be extremely desperate to STEAL a pair of headphones that’s already been inside someone else’s ears! I’ll pray for you all because you all definitely need it! Response to the so called management team: It was NOT a charger!! Your staff STOLE $200 Beats headphones!! You all are so incompetent it’s sad!
