The GM made it a point to to introduce herself and was very welcoming. Shadavait was our wait staff and host at our breakfast and luncheon and was more than accommodating she went out of her way for all our requests. Btw was at the front desk and was incredible to say the least. This staff should be recognized and appreciated for their above and beyond measures.

While making the arrangements with Peggy Kay, the sales manager, she mentioned that there is a banquet room that could be used for rehearsal dinner. As I thought about it and the absolute convenience of having dinner and visiting as long as we wanted - then walking upstairs to our rooms, I decided it was an amazing idea. I can't tell you how glad I was that we did this!! Peggy is a dream to work with. No matter what request I made, she always seemed to be able to make it happen. The food was very good and the banquet room was set up beautifully. Peggy goes 2 extra miles - not just one! I had one family member who needed some special things done to make her stay more comfortable, and Peggy made sure she was taken care of. If you have an event in Warner Robins, you need to have it here! Everyone from the desk attendants to the cleaning staff to the GM, Grace, and of course Peggy Kay will welcome you and take care of you! I really appreciate their kindness to my family. It truly went a long way toward making a very special weekend as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Thanks to all who took care of our family!
