The initial room I was placed in had a broken door frame and the door had serious gaps in between the door and door frame. After being switched to another room, the toilet was clogged. Maintenance came and fixed it right away.

The air-conditioning unit had a continuous "clicking" noise which made it difficult to sleep. This hotel is not up to the standards set by most Hampton Inns'. I believe this specific hotel could use some refurbishment work.
