I have to stay here for work unfortunately. The rooms are consistently dirty. Toilets, shower countertops are dirty almost every week I stay here. If possible, I recommend the Home2 in Dublin, GA...it is clean, staff is friendly.

Room was quiet and we could not hear any neighbors inside which was a very welcome surprise as you can usually hear something from neighboring rooms in other hotels. Service was basically non-existent. We were told our room would be cleaned on our second day and we would get more towels and supplies then. No one ever came to clean. Anytime I went to the lobby to ask any questions of the front desk (this also includes when I checked in), I had to wait for the front desk person to stop texting and to get up from the chair they were sitting on in the lobby and slowly walk over to the desk. And don't bother trying to call the front desk either. The phone just gives a busy tone when you hit the front desk button on the in room phone. I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel where every employee was this lazy or were obviously annoyed when they were expected to do some level of work. The "king size" bed was just as awful as the staff. It was hard as rock and can only be described as a table with a thin layer of foam for padding, and the pillows were terrible. The size of the bed was also clearly not a king size. False advertising for sure. I have never felt so unrested and tired after sleeping in a hotel bed. The bathroom was not very clean and I did not want to touch anything. I have never seen the rim of a shower pan have that much red mildew built up before. Toilet was wobbly also. Breakfast was hot but you can tell everything was pre-made/frozen and microwaved. Coffee was at least drinkable. Pool was broken. Dryer was broken. This will be our first and last stay at Hilton hotel. 2 stars for the quiet room only.

Staff sits in the guest lounge area having a great old time never even acknowledging us as we came and went. There was a spill on the third floor in front of the elevator they put a wet floor sign on . 4 days later when we left it still hadn't been cleaned up. Fridge reaked of fish. Toilet caulking peeled off and nasty. Corners of tub dirty like they sis a 5 minute clean hall carpets all stained. Pool closed. No one told us at check in. They said “we dont tell people that” when i asked why they didnt tell me before i unpacked. Manager didn’t care. Absolutely the worst Hilton hotel i have ever stayed at. Staff seemed to not care about anything but socializing. Hilton corporate needs to do a secret shop on this location.

I stayed here for a baseball tournament. Very disappoint the pool wasn't opened for the kids. It looked fine and supposedly it would be open Friday. Seems sketchy since we all would be gone by Friday.. Also, my car was hit there. The manager was going to watch the tape and let me know. I got a call back that cameras were down from a storm supposedly. Go figure. That's my 1st and last time staying there.
