If you want Motel 6 quality, this is the place to book. The room quality was terrible. We had multiple issues with stay: (1) air conditioning filter was clogged solid- woke up with allergies next morning (2) Zero bath gel in shower was zero (3) Room lock was acting up and had to slam the door to lock it (4) Sticky bath room floor (5) Bath tissue holder broken. This place is down the hill from here.

I stayed for a total of 4 days. I checked in on Monday, there was pubic hair on the toilet, as well as a ring around the toilet bowl. The bathroom counters were dirty as well. When I turned the shower on and let it run to warm up, the water was brown! Friday morning I went down to get a bite of breakfast before checking out. There wasn't any waffle mix, the griddle wasn't even on. And there wasn't any milk for the cereal. Im very disappointed with my stay here, when I stay at a Hampton hotel, I expect a step above other chains. I wont be staying at this location again.

Room was very poorly lit, smoke detector was disabled, closet door would not close, sparsely furnished, and breakfast was passable. Required contact from manager and it has now been a week with not a word. Must say that this is not what we expect from a Hilton property, definitely not worth the $150.00 nightly rate.

They were having severe issues our reserved room had not been paid for and could not charge to either credit card or debit card. Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express down the road no problems at all there.

We stayed there for years to go to gsu games this time we were very dissatisfied. The inn is in disrepair and breakfast was terrible. The worst part we are diamond members and we asked for a late checkout and was told we would changed extra which have never had a problem before
