I wished I had read the reviews before I booked was we were here for a funeral. Got here last night 4 adults got to the room was not clean asked if we could get another room pre front desk filled up cloths left in drawers dishes dirty bathroom floor dirty and the bed covers had hair on them. I took pictures and sent them I had to ask for cleaning supply to clean myself I have never been so disappointed in a hotel but for this to suppose to be new this is really disappointed. I payed over 412. Dollar and live 4 hours away I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Front desk did come up and removed the cloths and gave me some cleaner. For this to be a suite to small for four adults.

Brand new Home2 Suites.
It looks like Hilton has put quite a bit of thought into this brand. One of the best low to middle priced hotels out there.
Kitchenette, with dishes, huge microwave convection oven, full sized fridge, and a dishwasher!
If you had to stay for a week or so, it wouldn't feel like a hotel as much.
Also indoor/outdoor lounge, with decent breakfast .
This location has a pool and outdoor grilling area!
I highly recommend this chain.

The personal in the evening were very friendly and professional. The morning crew were a different breed! Very rude and cold. Not what I’d expect from the south.
The Breakfast counter was supposed to be open till 9:00. At 8:45 the doors were locked and I was told they were out of food. Another gentleman showed up because he thought they were open as stated. The lady opened the door back up and lo and behold, there was plenty of food left!
It was cold and stale but there was food still there. I was filling my coffee cup and it ran out. When I told another lady it was empty, she looked at me and turned away.
Needless to say, for a beautiful facility, they have rude, ignorant and very miserable employees! I won’t be back.

Management needs to pay attention to detail! This is a new hotel and it’s gonna be trashed in a year if they don’t get on top of the cleaning. The floors in multiple places were filthy, all near the elevators and on 2nd floor elevators as well. Trash and dirty floors in the elevator too. In our bathroom it looked like they just barely surface cleaned. The shower floor was dirty and needed to be scrubbed. The hall carpet on the second floor near the elevators was also stained and dirty. Also the key machine wasn’t working for several days so you either had to use the Hilton keyless app to open your door or the desk person had to walk you to your room to let you in. This hotel is too new to be showing all these signs of wear and tear.

New hotel so furniture etc is still nice. Plumbing is messed up throughout the building. We’ve stayed in 2 different rooms. Toilets won’t flush and they gurgle up air, so had to use the lobby toilet most of the time. They said they called the plumber, but they didn’t.The housekeeper brought a plunger and a big bucket of hot water to pour in the toilet a couple times.I felt bad for her. Then, I had to call the front desk to let her know our toilet was out of order again and got yelled at by the desk clerk. She said she had other calls to tend to and that someone in another room had no water pressure to take a shower, I guess implying I should be grateful. I asked for another room and she said they were booked up and I could just cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. The whole town was booked, but she did not care. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience and she said that she wasn’t the owner and I couldn’t just have “his” phone number…..I didn’t ask for his number. I asked to be compensated when my stay was over $900.00 and I had a toilet that gurgled all night and wouldn’t flush. Walking down to the lobby bathroom in my pajamas for $200 a night wasn’t much of a luxury. This hotel also advertises cable channels that they do not have. They are still on the channel guide but when clicked on it says the are no longer available. I called the desk clerk and she said that “he” doesn’t provide that…I told her it’s on the website but she blew me off and hung up on me. Needless to say, she was very unprofessional and probably overwhelmed. The owner is obviously a real piece of work. Won’t pay a plumber, won’t pay his cable bill, hires people who don’t specialize in hospitality and won’t give you even a fraction of your money back when you have to walk to the lobby to use the toilet.
