I gave service 5 stars because the staff, all but the girl at the desk when I checked in, wa super, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but in poor repair. Too far from central Atlanta but very convenient to Stone Mountain.

The little coffeemaker in the room didn't have the right supplies to use it. I had to improvise to make coffee in the morning. Room floor was kinda slimy where it wasn't carpeted. Location is tucked away in an obscure corner, not surrounded by much you'd want to visit, etc.

I was able to go hiking, out for dinner/drinks, and the most massive beauty supply store all within 10-20 minutes from the hotel. The rooms are basic, but perfectly fine for what I needed. I will definitely return again.

She told my husband she couldn't make our key for 2 nights for the length of our stay. Going to the room there was trash, gushers, and more litter. It smelled OK though. The room was absolutely filthy! The furniture had dust and crumbs all over it, the floor wasn't vacuumed, the tub was leaking and wouldn't shut off!!!!The floors weren't vacuumed either. Disgusting experience! Don't stop or try if you value customer service and cleanliness!
