  We had a great stay here!! The staff is so friendly and the kids absolutely loved the breakfast each morning. Has an indoor pool, nice workout room, and clean rooms. The suites are especially nice for families and the kitchenette was great too.

  I live right up the street and booked the king suite with the extra room for my daughter and everything was good. Clean because it’s new. One thing I never had with home 2 suites was bacon for breakfast and the potatoes wedges they had here. Thank you for a good stay. I do wish there were more options in the lobby for purchase but I’m sure some will be added with time like the other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at.

  Stayed there last month. Hotel was nice. Staff was nice. Tried to call back and make another reservation for two additional stays. I called and spoke to person at the front desk at property to make the reservation. She was having trouble with the reservation system. After spending 30 minutes on the phone, she told me she would talk to a general manager the next day and email me the reservation or call me. That never happened in two weeks past so I called in with my concern and spoke to the general manager, whose name is Courtney. Courtney was very short with me and rude. Did not seem to be that interested in the fact that I was a valued Hilton honors member and had been two weeks and nobody had returned my phone call or fix my concern. She was more interested in being right and being important as she is a manager and not realizing that I'm a client in the Hilton honors member I canceled the reservation and will stay elsewhere. I would recommend you do the same.

  I wasn't sure about this hotel because of the city it's located in, but the area actually felt very safe and "new," so it didn't feel like an unsafe area. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was the smell. The hotel smells brand NEW, so I assume it's been built recently. Everything felt new and fresh. The room was beautiful and very clean. It has a full size refrigerator and small kitchenette where there was real plates, cups, bowls, a microwave, and dishwasher. I had a king bed with a pull out couch and a sectional curtain to close each area off. It had a nice desk with a pullout table if you needed extra work or eating space. There was also a built in where you could put your luggage as well as a luggage rack. The staff was super nice and I had many of the workers greet me as soon as I walked in. I highly recommend this hotel!

  I just want to say that this is a hotel I am definitely going to keep in mind when I visit again! First Ms. Kim was the most awesome guest host upon arrival. She always had a smile and spoke whenever we saw her. When there was a need she made sure we were straight and when there was a complaint she made to sure to fix it (which it wasn't but one and it wasn't a real complaint just an observance...lol). The rest of the staff from maintenance, maid service, and other guest host were all friendly but she stuck out the most. The rooms where very clean, nice size, and very efficient. I only have one notice but I wasn't even going to knock off a star because of it, the doors in this hotel do not close back tightly so you do have to make sure your door is closed and locked before leaving the room. However, because of the safety of having to use your room key to get in and out of the hotel we never felt unsafe. Also the rooms are not adjoining, I can't say for the rest of the hotel but our rooms were not adjoining in anyway. Overall one of the best hotels to stay in whenever you visit this city!
