The lack of professional custome service is driving those if us who travel professionally away. Lots of noise in hotel at night and at 5 am in the morning kids running in the rooms. One call to the front desk to ask them to please address it and I am lectured on how I am the problem. I stayed here based on location. I blame myself for not doing the research on this hotel and the negative ratings. Fellow business travelers, I encourage you to learn from my mistake and avoid this hotel if you are expecting a professional quite atmosphere.

I called down to the front desk and they told me to record it on my phone to show them the next day. I did that. It was loud they heard it. They said they would forward the video to the manager and that I would be compensated. Never heard anything and was charged fully of course. Sad because Hampton Inns are usually pretty reliable but I would never stay at this one again.
