- JKJosh KnickDec 21, 20253.0The Hotel is being remodeled (at the time of my visit). My room had been remodeled, but the toilet wasn't level and wobbled. The shower had cracks in the corners. There was no hot breakfast, just cereal and muffins, etc (they are currently remodeling the kitchen area). There was barely any hot water. The staff was great, friendly, and accommodating. The area around isnt that great and the majority of the clientele was loud and annoying.

- CTChris TullossDec 17, 20254.0It seems to be going through an update, but the people doing the plumbing, well, aren't doing a great job. The feed line from the toilet wasn't secured, and just punched through a rough cut hole in the wallpaper. My shower was leaking down the wall because the spout pipe wasn't tightened. I tightened it myself, but it still wasn't caulked, so it moved all around when the shower was on. The bathroom counter they installed is an odd choice. Its maybe half the depth of a traditional bathroom counter, so if you're a person who has a lot of bathroom things, you might be keeping them in your luggage. The shower door wasn't swt right, so it just randomly rolls open. The room door isn't aligned right, so the deadbolt hits the striker plate and can't lock. When they asked how my stay was going, I let them know about these things, but it wasn't a big deal to me. I just wanted them to know they might want to do a little quality control with their construction crew. So these issues might be remedied by now. Regarding the hotel staff, location, etc. that was all great, and what you'd expect from any Hilton property, and Id definitely stay there again

The lack of professional custome service is driving those if us who travel professionally away. Lots of noise in hotel at night and at 5 am in the morning kids running in the rooms. One call to the front desk to ask them to please address it and I am lectured on how I am the problem. I stayed here based on location. I blame myself for not doing the research on this hotel and the negative ratings. Fellow business travelers, I encourage you to learn from my mistake and avoid this hotel if you are expecting a professional quite atmosphere.
