    I am not a huge complainer but this one got me lol. Khadijah the front desk clerk was super nice no complaints there. THE ROOM IS AWFUL. I booked a king suite and honestly I was shocked at the condition when I arrived. The blind was torn away from the wall and had rips in it. The chair had torn arms and i don't know what those stains are lol and it didn't look like anything had been cleaned.there was even hair on the sink and on and around the bathtub and shocker It was not mine. I ran to the local Walmart and grabbed a few blankets and pillows because at that point I was just not sure how clean anything was. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

    One of the reason why I always choose Home2Suites is because they have an office table and a comfortable office chair on all rooms. The chair in my room has damaged arm rest with 4 screws sticking out. I notified them about it but they wasn't able to replace it.

    My husband stay in Hilton hotels all the time for work and has diamond status. We were in town for a family event and chose this hotel for its room size. That’s really the only plus. You can hear every bit of noise from the highway and people revving their trucks as they go by. Our room was in rough shape. The blackout blinds were broken and didn’t go down all the way. The desk chair arms rests looked like someone ripped them off. And oddly enough the refrigerator door opened the wrong direction. Not ideal to say the least. But it’s a Home 2 so you get what you pay for.

    Very clean, amazing staff, excellent stay! Camilla the receptionist was on staff our entire 3 day stay and was so friendly and helpful. She was always hard at work with a smile on her face. She started our stay on Christmas Day with a warm presence which remained throughout our trip. The room were great size with a small kitchen. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The gym was also decent for a hotel gym. Treadmill, elliptical, and 2 stationary bikes, dumbbells and a cable machine. The gym was also clean and did NOT have a locker room smell. If we return to Statesborro we will absolutely stay again!

    Disappointed in the cleanliness and broken furniture, chair also did not turn and would not raise, broken all around. Hotel market was also mostly empty except for water and a couple random items. The only Home2 experience that was worse than this one was on Conyers GA. For reference I travel 40 ish weeks out of the year. 1 positive was parkers kitchen located next door.
